Mighty

IMG_4276

Mighty doesn’t always come with big muscles and a cape. It’s not even the fastest or the strongest. Sometimes mighty is small. One small person in one big world, whispering mighty evidence of the work of the Lord in her life. Mighty is the woman who is being a wife, mom, sister, worker, volunteer, and yet her very existence revolves around being a daughter to her King. She is tasting mighty freedom and she is tired, but she is determined to let others know that they can have freedom too. She talks through tears sometimes because the pain is too great, but she keeps going. She keeps showing up with weary bones. Her Lord has changed something deep in her, and His strength is making her brave and mighty. She is whispering louder and soon she will shout! Other women have to know, and they have to understand that what they have believed about themselves all these years is not truth – but lies!

Every woman has a story…and finding God in that story and sharing that with another woman or many – is a mighty thing to do! God gave us the ability as women to enjoy talking and using many words. Keep telling your stories. Keep writing. Let’s be mighty girls, for Him. For His Kingdom. For His Glory. For our freedom!
